The BayouBuys.com website is owned and operated by BayouBuys.com, LLC, an affiliate of Guaranty Broadcasting Company of Baton Rouge, LLC. Through this website, BayouBuys.com™ connects vendors in the Baton Rouge and surrounding area directly to customers seeking to try new goods and services at huge volume discounts.
We allow vendors to feature their goods and services for sale on BayouBuys.com™ by offering Certificates, purchased on the website at steep discounts below face value. These Certificates are then presented for redemption at face value against the retail purchase price of the vendors’ goods or services at the vendor’s place of business.
Through the combined power of radio advertising on Baton Rouge based Guaranty Broadcasting Radio Stations (Eagle 98.1, 104.5 ESPN Baton Rouge, 104 the X, New Country 100.7 the Tiger, and Country Legends 107.3), and the Station Websites (www.eagle981.com, www.1045espn.com, www.104thex.com, www.newcountry1007.com, www.countrylegends1073.com), various interlinked online social networking sites, and your ability to quickly network with friends and family to spread the word , BayouBuys.com™ is able to generate a significant volume of new customers for the goods and services vendors have to offer. That volume allows us to negotiate huge discounts from these vendors for you!
How does it work?

- After the offer closes, you can print the certificate to redeem with the vendor!
How do I redeem my Certificate?
If the minimum number of purchasers are obtained, we will process your credit card information. You receive an email notice the following day with a link to print your certificate or you can log into your account at www.bayoubuys.com™ to do so. Then just print your certificate and present it to the vendor to be applied at face value against the purchase price of the vendor’s goods and services.

Why do I have an extra pending charge on my bank account?
If you received an error while trying to submit your order due to incorrect payment information, your bank may automatically place a temporary hold on your account for each time that you clicked submit and recieved an error. These holds will be automatically reealeased. The time frame in which they are released depends on your bank's policy. If you feel as though your bank has not released the funds in a timely manner or have any questions, please contact us at 1-877-488-9499 or gator@bayoubuys.com and we will be happy to assist you in contacting your bank.
I forgot my password!! What now???
If you lose your password, you click the "Forgot your password?" link on the BayouBuys.com™ login page. You’ll be sent an email with instructions for resetting your password.
Why does my order still say "Your order is currently being processed."?
Orders are not processed until a featured offer expires (usually at midnight on the day of the feature). If the minimum requirement is met, you will receive an email the next morning advising you that your certificate is ready! If you sign up for an offer on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, your order will be processed Sunday at midnight and you will receive the email Monday morning.
What happens if the offer doesn’t reach the minimum number of purchasers?
If we don’t receive enough orders on an offer to satisfy the vendor’s minimum requirement, the offer will be canceled and your credit card will not be charged. Our website will inform you at any given time how many additional purchasers are required in order to fill the minimum requirement. Therefore, if you want to make sure you get the offer you want, be sure to spread the word among your friends, family and co-workers.
Do I have to sign up a bunch of people to get the offer?
You do not have to sign up others; but to maximize the probability that the minimum requirement is satisfied, be sure to tell all your friends on Facebook, Twitter or any other way you communicate with them. When the minimum is satisfied, you get the offer.
I want in on today's offer... how do I get it?
Click the “Buy Now” button before the offer ends at midnight. If we get the minimum number of people signed up, we'll charge your card and send you a link to print your certificate the next morning. If we don’t get the minimum number of people signed up, no one gets the offer, and you won't be charged at all. Don’t miss the opportunity – help make the offer succeed to make sure you get it!
Do I need to use my certificate the same day I buy it?
No. While each offer may only be featured on our website for 24-hours, each certificate will include a notice of the expiration date. Certificates may provide for a certain period within which they must be presented in order to obtain the promotional discount, whether it be three months, six months, or longer. There may be a later expiration date within which you can still redeem your certificate for the amount you paid for it, which is usually five years after the date of purchase or as determined by applicable state law.
I bought a certificate, what now?
Once your credit card has been charged and you have printed your certificate, plan your visit to the vendor before the expiration date and present your certificate to be applied against the purchase price of the vendors goods or services. Each certificate will have redemption instructions printed on it.
What if the certificate wasn’t sent to me?
Login to BayouBuys.com™. Click on ‘MyStuff” then on “My Certificates.” Purchased certificates should be listed here. If you do not find your certificate, please email support@bayoubuys.com or call us at 1-877-488-9499.
Can I buy a certificate to give to someone else?
Of course! Unless the offer states that it is not transferrable, BayouBuys.com™ is a great way to give really great gifts at a lower cost to you! You can either select the "gift" option at checkout, if you would like to send the certificate directly to someone else; or you can print it out as a certifcate to physically give to them.
If I don't use the full value of the certificate in one visit, can I use the remainder later?
This will usually not be allowed, but check the terms of your certificate. Most deals are only good for one visit, unless the vendor agrees otherwise. So, make sure you use it all!
Can I combine my certificate with other offers or specials?
No, not unless specifically stated on the certificate.
Am I billed as soon as I join BayouBuys.com?
No. Your subscription membership is absolutely free. The subscription gets you on our list to receive all the amazing offers that we will be featuring. You are only charged when you submit your credit card information to purchase a certificate and the minimum number of purchasers is reached to activate the offer.
I don’t want my credit card information stolen. Is BayouBuys.com™ secure?
Yes. All transactions are done through a secure third party processor. Your credit card information is never stored on our server.
What if the business for my certificate closes down?
BayouBuys.com™ acts only as the agent of the vendor in selling you a certificate and remits all sale proceeds less a sales commission to the vendor. If a business closes down and makes it impossible for you to redeem your certificate prior to the expiration date printed on your certificate, let us know as we may have been able to obtain a third party guaranty of the vendor’s obligation under the certificate.
What do I get for referring friends?
If your friend subscribes and makes a purchase within 72 hours, $5 BayouBuys.com™ bucks are put in your account… good for your next purchase.
Can I refer as many people as I want?
YES!! Refer everyone you know. You don’t want anyone to miss out on all of our great offers.
I received referral codes from more than one friend... do they all get rewarded?
No, only one person will get credit for referring you. You can only enter one referral code when subscribing to become a member. So, enter the referral code of whichever one of them you want to have owe you a favor.
