Upon satisfaction of any conditions to our acceptance on behalf of the Vendor of your offer to purchase a Certificate, such as our obtaining the minimum number of offers, your credit card will be charged the price of the Certificate and notice will be sent to you to print your Certificate.  The sale is final at that point and neither BayouBuys.com™ nor the Vendor shall be obligated to refund the purchase price for any reason.

Nevertheless, should you encounter an extraordinary problem with your certificate, we encourage you to let us know, as there may be cases where we can assist you.  At the very least, we want to know of any problems so that we can continue to improve our program.
